Your bloodwork is telling a bigger story
than "everything looks normal."

Most labs are read against ranges built for catching disease — not for understanding how you actually feel. The Lightning VIP Health Scan gives you a clinician-reviewed interpretation using functional optimal ranges, so you can see what's quietly out of balance before it becomes a diagnosis.

What's in your report

A real read — not just a green checkmark.

Every marker you upload, interpreted against functional optimal ranges. Pattern detection when something's showing up in more than one place. A plain-language summary you can actually understand and act on.

Every lab interpreted
Each marker on your panel reviewed individually — not just the ones flagged red.
Functional optimal ranges
The narrower, evidence-based ranges that flag sub-optimal years before disease.
Pattern detection
When two or more markers point at the same underlying issue, your report says so.
Plain-language summary
No jargon dump. A clear narrative of what your labs are actually saying.

I personally review every scan and sign off. Your PDF report lands in your inbox within 2 business days.
The Lightning VIP standard

Every scan is signed off by a real clinician.

Your interpretation isn't auto-generated and shipped. It runs through a clinical interpretation engine and is then reviewed and signed off by Alexandria Lightning, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC before it ever reaches you. That's the difference between an AI lab tool and a clinician-led one.

After your scan

If your report shows things worth digging into

The Health Scan tells you what's going on. If you want to know what to do about it — a personalized supplement protocol, root-cause work, hormone optimization, gut restoration — that's what working with me directly is for.

Common questions

Things people ask before they upload.

Is it actually free? What's the catch?

Yes — really free. No card, no obligation, no surprise charges. I built the Health Scan because most people walk out of their annual physical being told "everything looks normal" when something is clearly off. Giving you a real read of your labs costs me a little time, and I'd rather you have clarity than not.

If the report shows things worth digging into and you want personalized recommendations or a protocol, that's what working with me directly is for — but the Scan itself stands on its own.

What labs can I upload?

Standard blood panels — the kind your primary care or functional medicine provider typically orders. That includes CBC, CMP, fasting glucose, hemoglobin A1c, lipid panels, full thyroid panels (TSH, free T3, free T4, antibodies), vitamin D, B12, ferritin, iron studies, sex hormones, and similar markers. Quest, LabCorp, CPL, hospital labs, or your patient portal all work. PDFs and clear photos are both fine.

The Scan does not interpret specialty functional tests — things like the DUTCH hormone test, organic acids (OAT), GI-MAP or other stool panels, food sensitivity panels, micronutrient testing, or specialty rheumatology / autoimmune workups. Those require a different kind of analysis and aren't part of the Health Scan engine. If you have one of those and want it interpreted, that's something I do inside a paid consultation.

I don't have recent labs. Can I still do this?

Yes — reach out at support@lightningvip.com and I can suggest a panel and where to get drawn. The Scan works best with recent bloodwork (within the last 6 months), but I'd rather help you get there than have you give up.

One exception: I'm not licensed to order labs for residents of New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island. If you live in one of those states, you'd need to get labs ordered through your own provider before I can run a Scan for you.

Is this medical advice?
No. The Health Scan is a clinician-reviewed interpretation of your bloodwork — not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, not a substitute for your primary care provider. It's a tool for understanding what your labs are saying in functional medicine terms, so you can have better conversations with your healthcare team or decide if you want to dig deeper with personalized care.
Who sees my information?
Only me and my clinical team. Your form and labs are submitted through a secure platform. Nothing is sold, shared, or used outside of generating your report.
What if my labs are old?
Send what you've got. The read is most actionable when labs are within the last 6 months, but older labs can still reveal patterns and baseline tendencies worth knowing. I'll note in the report if I think it's time for fresh draws.
